This website offers the selling of designer, handmade goods/products (apparel and accessories). By accessing or using the website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Customer, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. Shoppe Dreamy, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by communication via email or phone, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of California and the United States.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Who can use our website & Terms for creating account

In order to use our website and/or receive our goods and services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Terms of purchase

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

You have 30 days to return an item or multiple items starting from your order delivery date.

Your refund of an item or items returned will be processed as soon as we receive the returned goods by mail. Refunds can take up to 7 - 14 days depending on your bank and location. We process refunds immediately. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

You can exchange an item or multiple items after 30 days of date you receive your order of equal value.

Retention of right to change offering of goods & services

We may, without prior notice, change the products and services (alterations and repairs); stop providing the services, selling products or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services and/or products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Responsibility for services and products

We are responsible for repairing items that are requested for repair from wear/use and responsible for performing alterations.

Items such as a denim up-cycled bag are not subject to defect as there are imperfections with each bag since they are made using used materials and naturally there will be some form of defect and wear when handling and using used materials. However, we strive to select the best parts from these materials when creating our product.

Please note your monitor/screen color may differ from screen to screen when viewing the color of our products.

Any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about the color.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights & logos

Unless otherwise stated, Shoppe Dreamy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Shoppe Dreamy.

If you misuse, or create a fraudulent account and give false information (including false payment information such as a stolen credit card), we reserve the right to terminate your account and may result in permanent ban from the website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Shoppe Dreamy harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services and products offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoppe Dreamy assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

After an order is shipped to the customer and the package is in the shipping carrier's possession, we are not liable for any damages or loss of the shipment. We will insure the package however where applicable. Not all orders can be insured.

Right to change & modify the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Promotional emails & content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by email. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

We currently only offer promotional messages via email.

Preference of law & dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United States/California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
