Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders take 1 - 3 days to process, pack and ship. 

 

We do our best to process and ship orders within the same day the order is placed. We process orders Monday through Saturday. 

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States to all 50 states. If you live in a US territory and having trouble ordering please contact us.

Other countries we ship to currently are the UK, Australia, Canada and Mexico. We are working on getting the better rates for outside the US. 

If your country is not listed please contact us and we can ship your order to your location.

Shipping Days

Standard Shipping 

  • Takes 3 - 7 business days depending on location.

Express Shipping 

  • Takes 1 - 3 business days.

International Shipping

  • Takes up to 7 business days to 14 business days depending on location.

Please keep in mind the time it takes customs to clear your package is not included in the time estimate.

Customs may incur a fee when your package arrives depending on your country.

Shipping Carriers

We currently use USPS as our main shipping carrier. FedEx is our 2nd shipping carrier for large orders.

Cost of Shipping

You will find the cost of shipping at checkout.

 

Currently there are flat rate fees for domestic shipping.

 

Type in your address to see the cost of shipping when purchasing internationally.

 

We are working on providing better rates for international customers.

 

Please keep in mind the fees from customs. Check your local post office to see if there are any fees.

Local Delivery

If you live in the SF Bay Area and at least within 1 hour of San Francisco.

 

We may be able to drop off your package either same day or next day depending on processing time and location.

 

There is a shipping fee to drop off. Either select standard for next day or express for same day delivery. Note: same day delivery may be delivered as late as the evening. 

If you want local delivery, please include it in the notes with your order and be sure to include any access codes if you live in an apartment building or any special instructions if it's not clear/easy to find your address.

We may contact you if that's something you wish to choose in terms of delivery.

Delayed Packages

Once your order is out for shipping with a shipping carrier, some packages may be delayed for either weather or other reasons. Please contact the shipping carrier if any issues arise as it is out of our control once it's shipped out and you receive a tracking number.

Local deliveries - Once delivered, it's out of our control what happens when it reaches your door. Do your best to secure the package once delivered. You can request we take a photo of the delivery for ease of mind.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order is shipped out. 

Local delivery will be sent an email confirmation of the order and when it is delivered.
