Refund & Exchange Policy

To receive a full refund you must return the product in its original condition. Items must be lightly worn. Keep original tags on item with original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

 

Makeup and deodorant stains on the item will not be accepted for a full refund that includes odors/smells.

If you return an item with makeup, deodorant or any smell we can partially refund you. 

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for refund and instructions on returning your item(s).

Note: You will have to pay the return shipping. We are working on a better experience for returns to make it easier. 

You have up to 30 days to return an item from the day you receive it.

Once we receive the item(s) you will receive a full refund. Refunds can take up to 7 - 14 business days depending on your bank and location. We process refunds immediately.

You may exchange an item up to 30 days once you receive your order for equal value of the item purchased you wish to exchange.

For example: You purchased a hoodie at $300, you can exchange it for an item or items that equal $300 in value. 

Items that are on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales items are final sale.

Items purchased over 30 days of delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
